Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items damaged after delivery due to improper use

Return Process

To initiate a return, email info@www.pepitoup.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
