PepitoUp stands behind the quality of our pet homes, crates, and accessories. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Period
- Pet homes and kennels: 12 months from date of purchase
- Crates and cages: 6 months from date of purchase
- Beds, mats, and pads: 3 months from date of purchase
- Gates and barriers: 6 months from date of purchase
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Structural failures under normal use
- Hardware malfunctions (latches, hinges, locks)
- Finish or coating defects present at delivery
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from improper assembly or installation
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from chewing, scratching, or digging by pets
- Damage from extreme weather conditions not specified in product guidelines
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email info@www.pepitoup.com with your order number and a description of the defect
- Include photos showing the defect clearly
- We will review your claim within 3-5 business days
- If approved, we will send a replacement part or full replacement at no cost
