PepitoUp offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard shipping delivers within 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional regions.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Some of our larger pet homes and kennels may require additional processing time. These items will be shipped via standard ground shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@www.pepitoup.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has shipped.
